50/50 Split Package
We’re looking for music from artists who want to share their work with a wide audience and build a fanbase. Whether you’re a rapper, singer, musician, band, MC, producer, or DJ, we want to hear from you! All we require is that your music includes visuals (of some kind) and that these videos are unique, creative, and entertaining. The quality of the video does not have to be professional. We will select videos based purely on talent and originality.
Eligibility for Refunds
Non-Delivery of Service: If we fail to deliver the agreed service within the specified timeframe, you may be eligible for a full refund.
Technical Errors: If technical issues on our end prevent the service from being delivered, we’ll resolve them promptly or offer a refund or equivalent service.
Change of Mind: You may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase if the promotion has not yet started.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
Results Not as Expected: We cannot guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., streams, followers). Refunds aren’t issued based on outcome, provided the service was delivered as described.
Customer Error: If incorrect information was provided and the service has started, refunds aren’t available. Please double-check details before submitting.
External Platform Changes: Changes on platforms like Spotify or Apple Music that affect delivery are outside our control.
Crypto Payments: Cryptocurrency payments are non-refundable; all sales are final.
How to Request a Refund

Documentation: include relevant screenshots or files to support your request.
Review: we’ll respond within 7 business days and may request additional information.
Refund Processing
Approval: refunds are returned to the original payment method. Allow up to 10 business days for processing, depending on your bank or provider.
Partial Refunds: may be offered if only part of the service was delivered or if you cancel a portion of your order.
